I am sure you already know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and there are many reasons why it is.
After sleeping all night, your body will have digested all the food you had the night before and you need refueling, also, it would be a few hours until lunch, so having a good breakfast gives you all the energy you need to take on anything your new day throws at you.
And most importantly (lets face it, we’ve all done this at some point), if you skip breakfast, you’re more likely to eat junk food, sweets or biscuits with your coffee or tea, amongst more readily available snacks just to get by until your next meal time.
All the more reason why you should make it a good habit to have a delicious meal before you start your new day.
