I Mainly live in Leeds north England, UK where I graduated from Leeds Beckett University with an Honors Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Systems.

I also have a certificate in computer studies from the same university as well as a certificate and 2 diplomas in business management from McDonald’s universities in London, UK & Chicago, USA.

I also live a few months every year on the Greek Island of Crete ( on and off for the past 20 years ).

I have over 20 years experience in customer service management and have worked mainly in the UK as well as Europe and the Middle East.

Throughout my working career, the one thing that gave me the greatest satisfaction was training and developing my staff and managers both hands on and in the classroom.

This is why I decided to follow my passion and dedicate all my time and energy to training as many people as I can to
