Shadow Work Journal & Workbook Binder [80 Pages]

By using this journal and workbook, you can start to visualize your inner shadow, feelings and thoughts that you would rather keep hidden, never think about or confront.

Shadow work is a valuable tool for self-discovery and personal transformation, promoting a deeper understanding of oneself and fostering emotional resilience.

Carl Jung, was a Swiss psychologist who originally formulated the term Shadow to refer to the hidden, dark side of the human psyche.

Your shadow consists of traits, desires, and memories that you may find uncomfortable or unacceptable. Acknowledging and dealing with these aspects is necessary for personal growth.

Every day , take some time first thing in the morning and last thing at night to connect with your Shadow. This can be for a few moments or longer, to ask yourself or think about a few sentences.

By journalling your thoughts and feelings you can stay focused on achieving the transformation you desire.

There over 400 journal prompts in this binder that can help guide your thoughts, confront your fears and deal with emotions that can help self-healing and promote recovery for a better future and personal growth.

To get better results, stay consistent with your efforts to work with your shadow, learn and improve your relationship with your shadow.

Use the prompts provided to focus on the things that are more important for you and work through the rest when you feel you have achieved the results you want.
