I’m from Leeds, north England, UK where I graduated from Leeds Beckett University with an Honors Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Systems.

As well as living in Leeds, I also live many months every year on the beautiful Greek Island of Crete which is completely surrounded by the most wonderful Mediterranean sea.

I love Greece, Greek food and the Mediterranean sunny and amazing weather.

I also loving cooking during the summer time, as you will see in my recipes many products with Greek packaging.

I have 25 years experience in customer service management and have worked mainly in the UK as well as Europe and the Middle East.

I have a passion for graphic design, website design and cooking delicious Mediterranean food, especially PIZZA.
